Why Soul Sanook?
I believe life is about having soul fun. The kind of fun we experience when we're doing
something we love, something that utilises our talents and allows us to shine.
To experience Soul Sanook, we need to listen to our 'inner-coaches', put our fears into
perspective and find time for the things and people we truly enjoy.
What's your Soul Sanook?
My Soul Sanook comes from sharing learning
with others, 'ah-ha' moments, dancing, painting,
singing, beaches, sunsets, smiles from people
I don't know and hugs from those I do.
What are your qualifications?
I'm an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and
my training is with the American University, CoachU. I've written about coaching
qualifications in the article 'Coaching Clarity'. I'm also an NLP Practitioner and have
professional qualifications in personnel, marketing and teaching.
What's the aim of Soul Sanook?
To promote positive, purposeful, passionate living
and show how accessible this is when you have a
professional coach at and on your side.

When did you come to Asia?
I had achieved a degree of success but hadn't yet found what I really
wanted to do. I retrained as an English teacher and set off to travel in Asia.
Working for local companies in Hong Kong and Thailand has given me a
strong appreciation of cross cultural issues as well as the challenges and
rewards of living and working abroad.
How did you get into Coaching?
I had been involved with Business Coaching in the UK and became
interested in Life Coaching when I studied Neuro Linguistic Programming.
